Our Code of Practice for Patient Complaints is available from Reception and our complaints officer is Maria Brindley who will deal promptly with any issues.

Emergencies

If you have problems with your appliance outside our normal opening hours please contact Cedar House on the main number and we will give you an emergency number for the Orthodontist on call.

Please note that wires sticking out or loose brackets do not constitute Orthodontic emergencies as they can be padded with cotton wool or wax until the next available clinical session.
